BayToday 9....how did this city ever build Memorial Gardens....must have been different economy I am guessing.......we are way behind in facilities..this project should have been done 25 years ago...in 1995 dollars.....putting off infrastructure expenditures means you pay in the end....hope this facility is not cheap looking...half finished...less parking????? that means road parking....yikes....landscaping should be given to the Lakefront garden ladies...y'r welcome...
