SooToday 73Drove by Wendy’s at Queen & Gore about 4:30 pm this afternoon and had the displeasure of seeing a spaced out druggie so spaced out he didn’t even know what planet he was on. This is why nobody wants to go anywhere near the downtown area. Not a very good sight if you’re trying to get people downtown. Sad to say but I think most of these drug users don’t really want help. Safe injection sites only fuel the problem.

More construction work planned on underpass storm sewer
SooToday 28I’ve ordered a helicopter,it should be here soon.The way this city goes about fixing roads is ridiculous..They close peoples rd for months.,then close the 4th line for 3 months.Now we will have intermittent closures of the under pass,add to this closures on the great northern rd. Take the detour on moss rd which is one step up from a mine field .Theres future plans of resurfacing it in the future let’s hope its not while all the the other roads are being repaired.
