stop spending money in stupid places and start spending it on infrastructure like it was supposed to be in the first place. What happened is politics got involved with spending and signs that cost $300k to honor drug addicts happened instead of putting in a 12 foot culvert and making due with a 6 foot culvert. Or how about digging out ditches like they are supposed too. Society for the last 30 years shifted from preventative maintenance to fixing after the fact....The steel plant did the same. The government does the same. Its societies fault.

Its only sole function is to ensure no one tramples your rights.... foreign and domestic..... thats it.
