That is gone, at least for now.When one's friend and neighbour senselessly disrespects and assaults you ,how can friendship remain? This is where we are at now. I cannot sugar coat this with insincere platitudes about our former long standing cross border friendship. Once the US comes to its senses we can rebuild our friendship. We will forgive in time . We may never forget.

If it takes the Province and Municipalities enacting legislation to permit this, get going with new Provincial Stautes and Municipal Bylaws to facilitate things. Get the homeless and druggers off the street and into compulsory treatment for their own safety and the protection of we 99 percenters. Send the criminals to prison and keep them there. If this sounds harsh,too bad. What we are doing as a society not is not working particularly well. And no... this is not just a Sault issue it is across the Province and Country. It is not a liberal vs conservative problem so don't go there. It is societal issue caused by people making bad choices and not being accountable.
