18No this is not how you help. I worked at an SPCA. We had dogs there for 3 years but we never stopped intake. If we did, dogs would suffer. I understand wanting to get this dog adopted, but to stop saving and protecting other animals that need help is just cruel. This goes against the beliefs in any SPCA…
