12Stayed long enough to dismantle the Board - cutting teaching sections to teachers, cutting programs, fewer EAs, laying off many low-paid Office, Clerical, Technical, and Custodial front-line staff just last week, and running the finances into the ground. I'm sure we'll see him in the Ministry this fall.

GuelphToday 5Terry James is also the Board's central cataloguing centre, where trained Library Technicians catalogued and did the metadata coding for new library books in the system.Are Teacher-Librarians now supposed to learn how to do the metadata and cataloguing for new books as well as take on all of the other school-based library technician jobs that are also gone, while also doing their teaching job and whatever else the Board has decided they have to do?

They balanced the budget by cutting the lowest paid employees doing front line work in schools, while employees at the Board office enjoyed 50-80% raises the past few years.
