Mr. Sheehan, we don’t need the population of Sault Ste Marie to grow. We have a housing and healthcare crisis here. We need to fix the issues at hand for the people already here before we try bringing more!

Just signed your retirement Terry!

If Mr. Trudeau can force private companies to end a strike with back to work legislation, he better get moving on a back to work legislation for this crown subsidized corporation. Mail is essential. More so than what most call “essential” these days.

Less lanes and slower speeds. Only in Sault Ste Marie.

I dont see re-election in Caputo’s future.

It is 8 years too late Terry! You had all the time in the world to make our lives easier to live. You did the opposite. Our government currently cant even function because your party will not hand over documents that the house ordered to be done. We arent too naive to see this is nothing but vote buying. It wont work. Shine up your golf clubs Terry, youre going to have a lot of time on your hands shortly!

If our judicial system had any spine Trudeau would be as well.

For once, i actually agree. The city is promoting someone who has proper experience and no expensive consulting company.

Oh and dont forget, they cant/wont take any proactive actions regarding this because as soon as they do the group responsible starts screaming “racism”

Perhaps they should stop donating money to the university then. They have a seat because, as you said they are the largest employer in town. Their employees want good education for their children. It goes hand in hand.

Great! McDougall’s bends us over the barrel with our fuel prices so they can continue to add to their monopoly.

Our prime minister was kicked out of the private school he taught at for a relationship with an underage student and he has been embroiled in just as many scandals that should have resulted in criminal charges. Do you feel the same way about him?

This is nothing new, the industry and the government knew about this before MELT was introduced and the problem has only worsened. Until they put boots on the ground and go after all these training centers, nothing will change! They knew before MELT was implemented, they knew before and after the Humboldt crash, they still know.

This is wonderful news, but what are we doing about the actual situation at GHC. This isnt an issue that happened overnight. The board there has been involved in scandal after scandal and now an entire group of doctors have left and opened their own practise. Something big is going on at GHC behind the scenes and the transparency is non existent!

How much of this will trickle back to the developers of these housing projects? Seems insane to me that the city pockets all the cash for doing nothing more than approving permits.

Someone better tell the mennonites east of the Sault!

Who is it? I don’t understand how charitable and not for profit can make these kinds of deals anonymously.

Easy, they are all running for parties that are clearly sinking ship. They are all abandoning ship while they have the chance.

His own ego and arrogance would never allow it.

Just out of curiosity, if the club had “imperfect” information regarding his injury, how can they know with such certainty that the alleged offences didn’t occur? To me that says; “Our management was told one thing, the player was told another, and now we realize wrongs were done we have to cover our butts and make this go away”
