The staff at our hospital is excellent and for the most part very caring. It really is to bad that the administration doesn't care. I bet when their family is admitted, they are not stuck in a hallway. I've had that experience & it's not pleasant.

You would think that the mall owners would be more concerned about filling they empty stores in the mall. The promenade idea is good, if it was built first then other retail space added after, but to build it now when the mall is almost half empty is a waste of money.
