Enough is enough with these international students and relying on them to keep the college running. Do these international students return to there country once there schooling is complete? It’s sure doesn’t look like it.
With a union seniority wins. Double dippers or eligible retires you have no idea of someone’s financial situation. I worked with a lot of guys who were going through divorce or still had younger children. A senior man has every right to work as long as he wishes! He put in his time for that right.
You better check your stats, takes more than a few months and it’s constant training. And they respond to all calls not just fire. It takes years of training to be even considered. Risking your life everyday to save others. When they show up to save your life during a fire you won’t complain about there salary.
Gravy train is leaving the station! Sad some people are gonna have to work for there money now. Millwright in there for 30 years, easy money maybe 2 hours of actual work per day. Not a good place to leave after you’re used to being lazy.
Algoma used to have lots of mini mills and not sure why they closed them in the first place. Maybe it made sense at the time but the more products you can produce the better I would think. Rail mill, QBI, Ball mill, Welded beam. Be a one stop shop for everything steel. Run (correctly) and efficiently it’s a good paying job and good place to work.
My question is when all these international students graduate from there programs do they go back to there residing country’s? Or apply for citizenship in Canada?
This is great. All of my out of town family loves the Saults pizza, they say it’s the best. Mrs Bs, Primo, Auroras , Fratelli’s, Sports Center. The list goes on.
