BREAKING: Justin Trudeau announces he will resign after Liberal leadership race

What a wicked population we have become. The level of hatred towards a prime minister is an indication of a population that demands its choice every time. Dislike the person? Fine. Disrespect and personal attacks to this extent reveals we have lost a lot of grace and self respect as a country.

I don't quite understand Canadians who are pro-Trump. Get ready for 10% tarrifs across the board and US protectionalism. Like him or loathe him, he is far from a friend of Canada. It's going to be an even tougher 4 years for what's coming.

$3billion is a lot of doctors and would have a much bigger impact on my vote. Family doctor or $200? Hmmmmm

Or maybe PP only criticizes and has shown no ability to lead a country with no experience other than being a politician?

He has a clear majority currently. Can't really get a much stronger mandate.

Terri Harrison.....do you have any data or facts to back up your opinion because the existing data says otherwise? Most Canadians are comfortable with our ties to the monarchy.

Unlike PP, Jagmeet has a career that pays far more then being in government. This is a red herring and is basically false.

Not so easy to say that, I’m voting against another doubling of the debt. That’s my issue that means the most and the Conservatives are much more likely to manage the money better.

Uhm that stuff was always taught in schools.

This is Liv! They couldn’t care less about the environment or existing community fabric. It’s all about exploiting the land to maximize profits and then they will be gone.

Seeing as though we are on a different continent, that’s not going to happen. There are countries waiting to get in to the EU that are actually in Europe. We are limited in our geography and tied directly to the US.

Simple simple simple. Keep funding tied to inflation which it hasn’t been. Stop short changing public education.

Seems like a fair idea to level the playing field for the hotel and motel industry. Other then those cashing in on this most people are not in favour in having "de factor" STR in their neighbourhoods. Noise, insensitivity to full time neighbours, partying and treating the stay like they are in a properly zoned hotel.

Proves that PP appeals to a minority of people who can stand his negative, no solution, only criticizing track record. Millhouse couldn’t manage a city effectively let alone a country. After the carnage of the the Trudeau years, it’s shocking that the Liberals are poised to be re-elected.

When $5 bet tables were around the casual gambler could spend $50-100 for a great night out. Now? All $25 tables and two-three hands your down $100. No thanks.

This is not going to be cheap. Not great PR for attracting skilled people in the future.

I do agree with you WW that the damage done the last ten years should not be rewarded with another mandate.

We are living in natural environments. What do we expect is going to happen? And there is no solution other then being careful and keep your eyes open. If you try and relocate they are likely to die. Let them be and live together. Speeders aren’t just a problem on division, it’s everywhere. OPP can’t ignore all other areas for one area.
16
Yes because drinking and driving charges aren't rising fast enough. Does every square foot of a town or city now have to encourage alcohol consumption?

Thanks for accidentally supporting one of my points What?! Do you think hotels or motels get breaks when under capacity? Not a chance. Therefore, it’s nice to level the playing field. You’re creating a whole lot more expense with the idea of tailored license fees based on last years income. Hotels and motels don’t get that luxury and neither should STR. Undermining the hospitality industry with STR financial breaks is just silly I would argue.
