Good to know the Heritage designation was upheld and another landowner not allowed to have our historical buildings demolished by neglect.

To meet the criteria of within 1 km of downtown, the Hugh Guthrie Park looks like a great option. Room for affordable housing and sufficient parkland remaining. What kind of affordable housing is being considered? Are these tiny homes that are no more than a bedroom, or actual affordable tiny homes with all services?
