King Chirico must have lots of friends in the OPP also. It is unamaginable that someone can steal that amount of money and not be charged. I sure hope that none of Council has the nerve to run in the next election. This is a total disgrace to North Bay tax payers.

I would like to thank Nicole for all the work she did to see Chirico held responsible for his actions, his friends are protecting him for all they are worth. He is the worst Mayor to ever serve in North Bay. He has caused many concerns with everything he has been involved in. Everyone must remember his theft and attitude towards his theft as he has done nothing wrong. He is known now by the North Bay residents as a thief and not to be trusted.

He is definitely in the wrong here, and Severino allowed it all to happen so I believe that Severino should be fired and Chirico goes to jail and resigns. I think that our corupt City Council will vote to let them both go free with a warning. So the taxpayers are stuck with the $23,000 bill that Chirico should be responsible to pay as he is the one that ask for it. I do not understand how Chirico, Severino and members of City Council can walk around with their head up and not be ashamed of themselves. All should be removed and new council elected.

I have noticed that the nurses have lots of time to talk and play on their phones, but apparently are too busy to see patients. Nobody seems to move out of the waiting room for hours. Nobody seems to come out of the back that are being treated. I think they need to do better and pay attention to what people say about how they feel.

Mayor Chirico should not be allowed to be at council meetings until this has all been cleared. Severino should also be investigated. Chirico and Severino should both be fired and charged by the OPP. Didn't one of our council members lose three months pay for saying something about another council member. Yet Chirico is allowed to perform his duties with pay and speak at council meetings as if he is innocent. A new ruling should be if someone is caught stealing they are automatic released of their duties and charged.
