You need to remember that our economy is a fraction of the size of the U.S. I would think that Carney’s strategy would have to change based on the mood of Trump. He is an unreliable trading partner and an unstable person with an incredibly thin skin. I have said it before and I’ll say it again a weak person has thin skin and has to use force (economic or otherwise) to achieve their goals.

I think the “right” is fairly intolerant as well. For example they are intolerant concerning, immigrants. Muslims, LGBT, First Nations people and the homeless just to name a few, but not all. Seems if you are not of the same religion, income bracket or race, the right feels that you are the problem.

Here’s the thing Phil. A drunk without a weapon causes no serious threat to a well trained officer. The laws are clear on use of force. It doesn’t depend on such factors as losing your temper and sticking another person hard enough to break bones. My opinion is based in knowledge not feelings.
