It's very unfortunate that it's closing and yes the public should have been informed sooner than later But if the City had said Yes to sinking City tax dollars into helping it stay open, so many people who aren't members of the YMCA would only Complain about the Tax dollars being spent on a building in such disrepair The city needs to create more Daycare spaces and stop spending money on the Downtown, where nobody wants to go because of the high Crime rate and Drug users!
