GuelphToday 14As I’ve never had to deal with bylaw, can someone explain why she cannot find out who complained? If the complainant feels justified in their complaint, why is their name hidden? As Mary said, she would like to explain to them what exactly she is doing. I’ll never understand the anonymous nature of complaints as then it is a free for all. Knocking on her door and explaining their concern seems a more mature option.
