"west side of the Gordon Street and College Avenue intersection, where the Delta hotel currently sits??" featuring an eight-storey building with about 280 beds along with retail space, a lecture hall and student study space.If I'm not mistaken, the Delta Hotel now sits at the intersection of Stone Rd. West and Gordon Street.
