This is one of those public services that the overlords have purposefully run into the ground because they will not allow it to diversify. Remember when post-offices offered draft cheques? Why couldn't Canada Post deliver for Amazon and other online shopping hubs. I personally want home delivery of my mail. The group mail boxes just get broken into constantly.
