" the shed is not legally permitted as a residence. " So you are going to force this man out and have him live in a cardboard box in the local park. That sure sounds a lot more "legal" Give this guy a break.

During his campaign he promised no new taxes. In his first week in office he introduced the Ontario Health Surcharge. We still get to pay that each year. Don't trust this guy.

I'm a part time cyclist, but even I think this is a stupid idea.

Started working at Dominion store when all the rage was to replace the paper bags with plastic cause we were killing too many trees. Now everyone wants to go back to paper cause its biodegradable. I'm holding onto my bell bottom pants waiting for them to come back in style.

Parking fees are a user fee. They pay for lot maintenance (paving, line painting, cleaning, etc) and snow removal in the winter. If parking fees were removed, all tax payers would have to pay for it through their city taxes. I think property taxes are high enough now.

Sounds about right, $150 minus legal fees, disbursements and taxes, leaves us with $7.86. Lol

I think this is a one way street. Declared dead so they can't use the deduction. I don't think CRA would ever mistakenly declared anyone dead if they owed taxes. Go ahead CRA, declare me dead so I can stop paying taxes.

If this lowers my property taxes, I'm all for it. I highly doubt that taxes will go down though.
They already have these all over Belleville and the "tolerance" is 0. You go 1 km/hr over the speed limit and you get a $20 ticket in the mail.

Hmm, motor was rebuild at 500,000. Now at 1,000,000, sounds like another rebuild is due soon.
