GREED! Greed by the city, the developer, the builders and anyone else who will make money off of this project. They've not a single care in the world for affordability or quality of life for the souls who will live in these homes. The builders' glossy brochures are not a reflection of the reality. "CAR-O-RAMA" with no places to park. Unregulated rentals. Drug dens. Transient population who do not care about the neighbourhood. They operate with the confidence in knowing the police are short-handed, and I'm just talking about the university students. Have we learned nothing?

So very impressed by this most positive story. What an incredible organization making a big difference in Orillia and Barrie. Wonderful!

Hope they don't use West Ridge as an example. Any plans for parking half a dozen cars at each residence? Snow removal? Schools? Increased use of hospitals? Traffic?

WOW! What a powerful message. What a great story. It brings me to tears really. The world could use a lot more Hollys.

What a fabulous service for so many pets and their people. Congratulations on your success thus far and may you achieve your goal.

Actually, from direct experience, calling 911 to get help for people involved in a collision outside of our farm, the emergency people WILL NOT come if the roads are closed. People need to understand that when they head out in such conditions. As well, they are not insured. A white out is a white out whether you are in a car, transport truck or snow plow.
They can but they won't. GREED! Pack 'em in with no thought of the consequences.
