That is the worse decision that council has agreed on. . I don't understand how they can decide on such a thing without having the public's view on this... May go out and get the public's view on this matter. The entertainment world will be suffering iover this decision, as there will not be any non smokers going to these events, and really I believe there are more non smokers out there than there are smokers. Instead of going forward, it seems like Prince George is going backwards
