Now it's time to make 102 a secondary highway with secondary highway maintenance levels and 80km/h speed limit. Also, when someone dies on the Expressway, please name our city council in the wrongful death suit for directing traffic through the city lights instead of having them bypass on 102.
Leave the trucks on 102. They have been there for decades.Or, reroute them down 11/17, change the speed limit to 50km/h on the Expressway, make all commercial traffic travel in the right hand lane only, and add police enforcement at every intersection 24 hours per day. Oh, and reduce the speed limit on 102 to 50km/h since it will no longer really be a provincial highway since commercial traffic is banned from it. While we're at it, Kakabeka should ban commercial traffic through it. Might as well just shut down all commercial traffic right at Thunder Bays outer limits. We don't need them anyways.Give it up and leave things the way they have been for decades!
